Volkan Okutan

He graduated from Yildiz Technical University, Department of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering in 2005. He completed his master’s degree at Istanbul University, Institute of Marine Sciences in 2017. He worked as an engineer in shipyards between 2005-2011 and participated in over 15 shipbuilding projects. He then worked in patent offices for six years, where he wrote over 300 patent specifications. He worked as a technology transfer specialist in university TTOs between 2017-2022 and managed patent commercialization processes. Since February 2022, he has been working as the Business Development and International Relations Manager at Entertech Istanbul Teknokent.
